Long before it became a brand, travel and hospitality were deeply woven into my childhood. Family road trips were never just about reaching a destination; they were about the journey itself. My father would thoughtfully plan our travels as a family of six, choosing destinations known for good food, comfortable stays, rich wildlife, historic ruins, churches, temples, cultural landmarks, beaches, theme parks, dockyards, lush greenery, and the simple joy of music playing through long scenic drives.
Each journey was immersive and meaningful. Those early experiences quietly shaped my understanding of hospitality. I learned that travel is not just about places—it’s about how a place makes you feel, how you are treated, and the memories you carry back home.
That foundation evolved into 25 years of solid experience in the global hospitality industry. I had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most respected hotel groups, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts (SPG), Marriott International (Bonvoy), and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Over the years, I immersed myself in luxury travel, MICE, and large-scale events—curating refined experiences for discerning travellers and corporate leaders alike.
With every property launch, every guest interaction, and every milestone achieved, one realization grew stronger: hospitality is not a transaction—it is a responsibility. It is about trust. It is about delivering moments that matter.
